How do I see how many Ads & Trackers I've blocked?
Click on the on your toolbar to open the widget and view the number of ads and trackers blocked by Bye Bye Ads.
Why don't I see the extension in the Browser Toolbar?
To see the Bye Bye Ads icon on your Chrome browser toolbar, you’ll need to pin it first. Click the extensions icon at the top right corner of your browser window. On the menu that appears, click the pin icon next to Bye Bye Ads.
How do I know if Bye Bye Ads is working?
You can open your Bye Bye Ads widget to get real-time reports on the number of ads blocked. As you keep browsing and visiting different websites, you'll see a change in the number of ads blocked.
How do I disable Ad blocking on a specific website?
Open the widget, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Whitelisting’. Enter the URL of the website you want to exempt from ad-blocking.
Can I use Bye Bye Ads for free?
We currently don’t offer a free version of Bye Bye Ads. However, we offer all users a free 7-day trial to expereience the product.

What is Ad Filtering?
Ad-filtering enables Bye Bye Ads users to block out the ads they don’t wish to see or enable ads to be displayed on certain websites of their choice.
How does it work?
Each ad you see on the internet is further categorized into filter lists like Privacy ads, Malware ads, and more. Every time, you come across a new ad on the internet, the extension automatically blocks it and updates its filter lists. You can also customize your ad filters in case you wish to view or block a specific category of ads.
How do I turn on ad filtering?
You can change your ad filtering settings easily. Follow the steps below:
Open the Bye Bye Ads widget on your toolbar
Go to the settings menu
Select 'On' or 'Off' against individual filter lists to customize the sites from which you want to view/block ads

Why are certain websites I opened blocked by the extension?
Bye Bye Ads maintains a list of ad URLs that are blocked by default. If the website you are trying to visit has elements that make it look like an ad, the extension will automatically obstruct your access to it.
You can whitelist any website you wish to access in the future by following these steps:
Open the Bye Bye Ads widget on your toolbar
Open the extension settings
Click on Whitelist
Add the site link that you want to view ads on

How can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your Bye Bye Ads subscription, you can do so at any time. Simply write to us at [email protected] using your registered email address. Please note your access to all paid services will be terminated upon cancellation.

How do I add my Bye Bye Ads subscription to other computers?
Before activating your Bye Bye Ads subscription, make sure you have installed the extension. You will receive the activation key once you purchase a paid plan. Now, click on the extensions' toolbar icon, head to ‘Settings’, and enter the code to activate your subscription.
How can I recover my extension license?
Open the widget, go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Click to find your license key’. Enter your registered email address in the dialog box that opens. You will receive an email with your license key shortly.
How do I activate Bye Bye Ads after I've purchased it?
If you upgraded to Premium on the device you are currently using, it will automatically reflect on your browser. But, if you upgraded your subscription on a different device, you can activate it using your license key in the settings section of the widget.
How do I request a refund?
Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchasing your premium yearly plan using the registered email address provided at the time of registration. We will do our best to help and will initiate a refund if we cannot resolve your issue.
When can I ask for a refund?
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchasing your annual paid plan.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once we receive your request, your refund will be processed in 5 to 7 business days.
Does Bye Bye Ads collect my information? What does it do with this information?
Does Bye Bye Ads share user data with other companies?
Bye Bye Ads does not share your personal information with other companies. Commonly-used third-party services like Google AdWords and Google analytics can access certain user data.
